Kevin has served as the managing partner of MTK, LLC from inception. He has over 28 years of experience in business and individual taxation servicing start-up, emerging and established clients in a broad cross-section of industries. Kevin has extensive experience with closely held businesses in the service, computer hardware and software, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and distribution industries.
Kevin currently is a Board of Director on the Woodbury Community Foundation, serves as chairman of their Business Forum, and also on the finance committee. Kevin has also served as a Board of Director and Executive Committee member of the South Washington County Education Foundation since 2000. In addition, he was chairman of its finance committee and their treasurer. Kevin presently is a liaison for the firm with Corporate Alliance, a group of independent consulting companies focused on providing a full range of business solutions to clients. Kevin was recognized in 2007 by the Woodbury High School Alumni Association with its 2007 Distinguished Alumni Award. He is a past chairman of the Hobey Baker Memorial Award Committee to honor the top collegiate hockey player in the nation each year who demonstrates integrity and character on and off the ice. Kevin is presently serving as a director on the Hobey Baker Memorial Award Foundation. Kevin has served the past three years on the Minnesota Society of CPA’s Leadership Cabinet. Kevin is also one of the MTK partners serving as a Company liaison with BDO Seidman thru their nationwide CPA Alliance. He is a former officer of the Minnesota Software Association (MSA), serving as their treasurer for five years. Kevin is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He is a member of the Woodbury, Edina, and Bloomington Chambers and Network First of St. Paul.

Interests and Activities
Kevin, his wife and four children reside in Woodbury where he is involved in coaching youth activities, a small group confirmation leader at church, and various other community activities. He also enjoys racquetball, basketball, golf, and tennis.
