After working for a smaller CPA firm in both the tax and assurance departments for 5 years, Jeremy joined MTK in 2005 to assist in growing the Accounting Solutions practice. With experiences in tax and assurance as well as his marketing degree, Jeremy was able to translate these skills into working with small businesses on a monthly basis ensuring their accounting systems are set up properly, generate accurate financial information and communicating with owners to help them understand how their businesses are performing.
Jeremy provides monthly accounting services to a wide variety of industries such as manufacturers, restaurants, consultants, land developers, home builders and retailers. Whether it’s the business owner that’s doing the books or an in-house bookkeeper, Jeremy can develop a service that gets the business owner out of the back office or provides oversight of the in-house bookkeeper. These services allow the business owners to focus on growing their business while experiencing financial management peace of mind.
Jeremy has also been instrumental in developing and growing MTK’s hearing industry niche. With the Twin Cities being the home to a large number of hearing aid manufacturers, Jeremy has been working with distribution channels (audiologists and hearing aid dispensers) for over 5 years not only locally but also throughout the nation. These services include accounting system implementations, accounts payable entry, bill payment, payroll, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, tax return preparation and financial statement analysis. Jeremy’s knowledge of the hearing industry has also allowed him to provide consulting services through webinars, financial management seminars and presentations at annual conventions.

Jeremy lives in Plymouth with his wife (Connie) and children (Hayden and Amelia). In his free time, Jeremy enjoys bike riding, running, golfing, watching the Minnesota Twins, and spending time on his family farm near Fairfax, MN.
